Applications

With stringent air borne emission standards, the cement industry has begun to use bag filter and Bag Houses for control of emissions in kilns and raw mill circuit , Coal mills and cement mill

In kilns bag houses are used together with the conditioning tower.

Since the dry process is widely adapted by all plants, the dust loading increased and for this improved bag houses are designed and deployed by UNICON.

Dust emission problems in the boiler of small capacity mainly arise form the combustion zone To address this UNICON has designed and installed bag Filters having Filter Bags which withstand high temperature.
